<p class="">I’m very excited to announce the launch of the Type 2 Diabetes 100 Voices project which is being lead by my #Diabuddy of mine and fellow Diabetes Ireland Advocacy group member, Valerie Humphries.</p>

<p style="white-space:pre-wrap;">World Diabetes Day 2018 is a distant memory now but I’m still pondering some of the negative feelings I had during that time period. This year, I felt the community was more polarized than ever before. The type 1 community seemed to want more and more separation from the type 2 community. </p>
